Workplace Rehabilitation Services

Our expert team of Occupational Therapists provide a thorough examination and breakdown of the specific skills and physical requirements associated with a particular task or job duties. As part of our assessment process, we conduct a visit to the workplace where we meet with the client and their supervisor. During this visit, our goal is to identify appropriate duties of the client, explore potential options for their return to work, and offer assistance to the employer as needed.

The information collected during the assessment can be utilised to develop a tailored suitable duties program outlining specific duties and hours in line with the injured workers capacity. We liaise with key stakeholders including the injured worker, their employer and treating practitioner to facilitate positive return to work outcomes.
